Too Many Law Suits

Law suits

The United States definitely has too many lawyers. We have the highest number per capita in the world. Juries award ridiculous amounts to so-called victims. Our court dockets are jammed with frivolous lawsuits. People don’t seem to be held accountable for their own actions. In a radio program called “you be the judge,” one lady called in and said “we can’t idiot proof the world”.

We’re in danger of making it too expensive to be in business for fear of lawsuits. This is a serious problem that we need to address. Please put your solutions in the blog.
